How can I work with you?

Working with me is natural, fluid, flexible and tailored to fit your unique circumstances and needs.
  • Engaging with me should feel comfortable and all actions will be in response to your specific needs. I don't do 'one size fits all', programmes are bespoke and tailored to you.

  • Initially, we'll meet and have a conversation. If you wish to proceed, we can schedule sessions at your convenience. If it is not right for you, we do not proceed, there is no obligation.

  • The approach to this will be dependent of the situation, people and organisational requirements. Typically I would aim for a 4 to 8 full day programme, depending on size and scale.
