In a world where the role of a leader is constantly evolving, the need for genuine, heartfelt leadership has never been greater. I believe that leaders who are whole, are leaders who change the world. My mission is to help CEOs, executives and leaders on a transformative journey to become the best versions of themselves—leaders who lead not just with their minds but with their hearts.

In the high-stakes world of leadership, the well-being of leaders is often overlooked. However, through my work, I empower leaders to protect, manage, and ensure their mental health and overall well-being, which is vital for sustainable success. Leaders carry the weight of their organisations, and their mental health directly impacts their decision-making, creativity, and ability to inspire and lead their teams. By partnering with me, leaders receive the tools, resources, and support systems to help prioritise their well-being, enhancing their personal resilience and ensuring a healthier, more productive work environment.

This mission resonates deeply with me, as I have personally navigated the challenging terrain of burnout and have significant experience dealing with my own and others' mental health challenges. It was this very experience that inspired me to become a practicing yogi, learning and developing deep robust personal well-being and mental health practices. Through this journey, I have discovered effective strategies and tactics that I now share with leaders to help them thrive both professionally and personally. My extensive background in senior-level leadership, mentoring, coaching, and mediation, combined with a holistic expertise, empowers me to deliver a service that is both intuitive and highly responsive to the unique needs and requirements of each client.

Working with me is natural, fluid, flexible and tailored to fit your unique circumstances and needs.
  • Engaging with me should feel comfortable and adaptable, meeting your specific requirements.

  • Initially, we'll meet and converse. If you wish to proceed, we can schedule sessions at your convenience, if not,, that is the right decision, there is no obligation.

  • The number of sessions varies depending on the individual, but typically, six sessions are suggested.

  • Both in-person and virtual meetings are available, though I find that in-person discussions often provide the most value.
